Use the current event page as the source of your booking or waitlist status. Notification links and messages can arrive late or fail; they do not replace the status shown in the app.

I cannot find the event or my account

Open the event link from the organizer. Each organization has its own QueueKat site at a different address, and accounts are separate, so the same email at another organization is not the same account. Sign in to the QueueKat site from the organizer's link, then check My events (/my).

See Sign in to your organization's QueueKat site.

I cannot book or join the waitlist

The event page lists arrival times that can still be booked. A time can fill before you select it. A waitlist appears only when the organizer enabled it and it is accepting people; the list can also be full or permanently closed. Follow the explanation shown on the event page.

See Book a place or join a waitlist.

An offer link opens the event page with a reminder; it does not accept or decline automatically. Check whether the offer is still open, then press the action you want before its response deadline. If the offer has ended, the page shows the current status and any remaining actions.

See Respond to an offer and show your pass.

I have a booking but no pass

A booking confirms a place in an arrival window; it is not the door pass. The pass becomes available after the app summons you. If you were summoned but cannot reach the code, return to the event page and check your current status. After an arrival deadline lapses, the pass remains available, but admission is not guaranteed; show it to staff.

I did not receive a notification

On your organization's QueueKat site, open Account settings (/users/settings). Confirm that at least one channel is enabled and usable. Text messages also need consent and a verified number. Check Recent delivery history for that channel; it records attempts and reported outcomes, not whether you saw a message. If a test-message action is available, use it to check the destination. QueueKat SMS reminder links currently start at queue-kat.com before redirecting to the event page; use the event link provided by the organizer rather than guessing an address.

See Manage notification channels.

A party invite or group booking does not work

Confirm you are signed in to your organization's QueueKat site and that the invitation link is still active. A leader may disable or replace an invite, and members cannot join an event-only party after it has a booking. Group bookings also have to fit the maximum size and place all selected members together.

See Go together with a party.
